Terms of Service

Last updated: August 26, 2026. Governs all credit transfers, verified settlements, and marketplace interactions on CloudCred.store.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing CloudCred.store ("Website" or "Platform") or submitting credit purchase inquiries, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Marketplace Scope & Services

CloudCred operates as a private intermediary and deal desk facilitating the acquisition and transfer of verified OpenAI API allocations, AWS compute credits, and associated cloud accounts to buyer organizations at discounted rates.

CloudCred is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Anthropic, Microsoft Azure, or any other cloud infrastructure provider. All provider trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Credit Verification & Buyer Protection

To guarantee a safe and seamless purchasing experience:

  • Pre-Screened Allocations: All credits and cloud account allocations undergo strict administrative checks to verify valid balances and active expiration dates prior to handover.
  • Full Account Ownership: Accounts are transferred with complete root/administrator ownership credentials.
  • 24-Hour Verification Window: Buyers receive a standard 24-hour verification window post-delivery with full replacement or warranty protection.

4. Payment & Order Fulfillment

Our purchase and settlement process ensures high security:

  • Payment Settlement: Buyers complete agreed invoice payments via international bank wire transfer or direct bank invoice.
  • Prompt Handover: Account credentials and access details are delivered securely within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Order Confidentiality: All deal documentation is handled strictly under non-disclosure protocols.

5. Confidentiality & Mutual NDA

All transactions are executed under a standard Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Neither party may publicly reveal the corporate identity, startup affiliation, or specific account credentials of the counterparty.

6. Limitation of Liability

CloudCred acts solely as a transaction matchmaker and deal desk. In no event shall CloudCred be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from third-party cloud provider policy updates or service suspensions occurring after deal completion.
